Every client receives a deep consultation, a custom treatment plan, and an artist who doesn't pick up a tool until you are completely comfortable with the design.

Common Questions
A topical numbing gel is applied before and throughout the procedure. Most clients describe it as mild pressure — very tolerable. Your artist checks in with you throughout and adjusts as needed.
Brows and lips typically last 1–3 years depending on skin type, lifestyle, and sun exposure. A touch-up every 12–18 months keeps results looking their best.
Expect mild redness for 24–48 hours. Color appears darker for 7–14 days while healing, then softens to the true result. Full healing takes 4–6 weeks. Your perfecting touch-up at 6–8 weeks completes the process.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and blood thinners for 24 hours before. Don't tweeze or wax brows for 3 days prior. Full prep instructions are sent after booking.
